Grace Werélius has more than 20 years’ experience within Ericsson, holding various positions within OSS/BSS. In 2008, she was appointed Sales Manager for BSS portfolio with focus area Charging System and Mobile Broadband Charging, currently she is working with the new BSS solution Revenue Manager. Prior to this role, Grace has been working as Unit Manager, Strategic Product Manager, Operative Product Manager and roles with supply and support within the Charging business since 1999. Grace joined Ericsson in 1993, working as Domain responsible for Reuse. In this role she started up the Reuse Competence Network with purpose to increase software productivity and quality by focusing on reuse. This was done by establishing a national network and exchange information. She was also a co-writer to the book “Software Reuse – A Holistic Approach”. Grace holds a Bachelor Degree in Systems Engineering from the Växjö University in Sweden.
